Overview
The Leadshine ES-MH342200 easy servo motor is a 2,832 oz-in (20 N.m) 3-phase NEMA 34 stepper motor with 1,000-line incremental encoder (A , B channels). It is specially designed to be for powered by 220/230 VAC input high voltage asy servo drives (closed loop stepper drives).
When driven by Leadshine high voltage asy servo drives (closed loop stepper drives), the position loop between ES-MH342200 and the drive is closed. You will never get stall or loss of steps, often seen in open loop stepper systems. Because there is no torque resolution needed like in open loop stepper systems, you can much better high-speed performance than open loop stepper systems by increasing up to 30%.
With the advanced features of no loss of steps, high torque, no power supply, no overshooting, and plug-and-play setup, the combination of of ES-MH342200 and companion easy servo drive is ideal solution for upgrading open loop stepper systems, or replace expensive / hard to configure traditional brushless servo systems. It has been widely used in many industrial applications such as CNC router, CNC mills, plasma, textile equipment...
